If you use Assault, you have to do the kills without dieing, before you earn the first scorestreak, then you can press "3" and eneble UAV, if that is your first scorestreak. If you use Support, you can die and still earn score for scorestreaks. Then you can use them by pressing the button or 5 to activate them.
Check in settings for keyboard that they are set and you can change them to whatever buttons you want. Do you have any tutorial? How to set UAV and any other support and assult. Because i am not understanding.
